The shops didnt have my coffee AGAIN! Booo. So next week I have to make a REAL list on paper and go to the big shop instead of the over 55's village shop. And put boots on that list cos they are well and truly wreaked now. A bit like my body is today. Driving over HUGE pot holes is NO fun. I have to check my tyres tomorrow, I really hope I didnt break anything on the car.

Tomorrows list - sweep up the mess of hay I made
Change the bunnies litter
Put the new litter in the storage instead of on the table outside.
Dry the laundry floor from latest rain drips
re-adjust the downpipe so it doesnt flood the asparagus next time
Chase the ducks out the back to eat snails
Rake up all the debris and chuck any bits on the fruit trees
Pick some more mandarins, herbs and purple broccoli - before the ducks find them
Find new games for ratbag girl bunny.

I cant fit the pipe back in where it went! I doubt we will have much more rain like this anyway but I still want to get it done.

Now all I have to do is the normal cleaning and weeding. No whippersnipping today while everything is still underwater. I am sure I can FIND more things to do, a garden like this always has things to do, but nothing is urgent anymore. Im still shaken up by those pot holes yesterday, made such big bangs, and while I cant see any damage on the car, Im still so worried about it.

Only managed to put the rubbish out this morning. I'll try to get some washing up done this evening, as it's really piling up.
Electric bill has gone up, so I've had to increase my direct debit for that, it's doubled in the last 18 months. I've looked into changing company but it's the same everywhere. Got to remember to keep sending in the readings though, so they don't estimate it higher.

My bill has snuck up too, but my usage hasn't. The premier did warn us that it is all going up, but then also gave us a covid credit to sooth the blow a bit. :D

Ok, this is a housecleaning weekend cos the garden is still underwater.
-Clean the microwave and outside of the kettle
-Clean and polish the nest of tables
-fold clean bunny rugs
-washing
-dishwasher (on now)
-tidy the tv cabinet
-Tidy bedroom
-find a clean box to store the dog bed in (dont need bunnies messing it up!)
-der fur everything I can manage
-put old bunny boxes in the garden
-take rubbish out, fill bin to brim and put on kerb
-lastly, vac

Well I got nothing done yesterday, we relaxed a little too much!

Washing machine is on
I'll take recycling out on my way to work, I've put it by the door ready
Aim to get some washing up done too but can't do that while washing machine is on.

Had a productive morning, changed the bedding, did some laundry, even made a start on the washing up.

Still lots to do, but it'll depend on how tired I am after work with all the deliveries. I do need to go to the shop and grab a few bits on the way home too.

Buns had their vaccination this morning so that was my trip out for the day. I came home and napped. Its WAY too sunny :(

The grass is crazy, growing so fast! And the sun means its a very snakey feeling walking through it. I havent got new boots yet but I might just tape up my old ones cos I must at least whippersnip a clear path to the ducks and between the herbs tomorrow.
There is some swampy grass going to seed in the middle of a big garden bed that I cant reach, and am not game to walk into. I might have to see if I can find something to smother that patch with. Its in between reed plants, I might need to redesign that down the line :/

- empty bun litter
- hang out the blankets (so glad I didnt do this today, the shire were spraying ALL day and now they are fogging mozzies)
- wash towels
- sort out the mandarins

I havent done all of my list either. Feeling like crap lately too. I cried almost all the way to the shops in the car. Not really sad about anything in particular and actually proud with how good the garden is, ahead in all my bills and I have food and warmth. So I duno what the deal is. I always feel better in the arvo and today I have beer, so double better.

I did the buns litter, switched the towels out and sorted the mandarins. Been whippersnipping my butt off this arvo, even outlasted the battery this time! Used up most of the second battery too. Its not running great, i think it sucked up more twine and it has had a massive work out. I am sitting on the patio until the fogger starts, giving the ducks as much free time as I can cos I got a meeting tonight and will probably sleep in tomorrow. There is a very sudden chill in the air! Sun must be close to going down now.

Tomorrows list - dishwasher! My dishes have piled up too.
Some handstand practice, been slack on that this week
Weeding
Try to get some more seeds in for spring. Left that a bit late now...

I cant fit the pipe back in where it went! I doubt we will have much more rain like this anyway but I still want to get it done.

Spoke too soon  had more flooding yesterday. But I did manage to get the pipe back in phew! So the water is draining into the garden now instead of onto an electrical outlet lol. It could do with another length added, but I need to prop it up at the right angle and moving rocks is not going to be my forte today.

-empty drip buckets on to the pots
-bring bowls inside and find a spot for them (might be good yarn ball holding size)
-find metal crochet hook and keep going with blanket
-stretching/strengthening, no handstands with sore elbow today
-empty dishwasher
-sweep patio

I've got the washing machine on for the second time this morning! However it just means that I won't do one tomorrow as the rack wil probably still be full, although it's quite warm today so maybe enough will dry to be able to finish the washing tomorrow. I've only got enough now for one more load, maybe two if I wash my dressing gown, which I probably should!

I've put the dvd player on charge ready (in theory) to watch more spn!

Need to take recycling out on my way to work, and chuck out the dead flowers!

I desperately need to clean my whole house but it's such an overwhelming task that even thinking that I need to do a little at a time feels like too much :(

Yeah I'm at that stage too. My current motto is just do one thing, one thing is better than nothing.
I write these lists, but I know that most won't get done, tomorrow I know that I don't need to do laundry, so I'll attempt to get something else done in the morning.

It's just gotten so damn dirty in here, I haven't vacuumed or washed the floors in months, so I'm breathing all that in every day...

So there's your starting point, clearing the floor until you can be able to clean it.

For me, the lazy one that I am, I want it all done so I can sit down and do something else fun. I start the other way, top down. I do the cobwebs in the corners, wipe the walls with vinegar mix (mould is a major problem in this town - you should see the pub!), wipe benches and dust the cabinets, then vacuum as everything has fallen down. It helps get the bulk of the dust and hair out to breathe easy.

Its easy to get caught up on organising smaller bits and pieces, but when it comes to getting stuffy, just doing the big job in one go makes the rest seem simpler (or the rest can be forgotten for a bit since the dust is dealt with!). I recommend music and coffee or beer to help the pain of this process, but once its done, its done and doesnt have to be for another couple months.

Today I will do some whippersnipping obviously. I might charge up the spare battery too, but it is still a bit wet out there so I might only be able to do a small portion anyway.
Spray and wipe the bathroom down
Washing, finally got a big enough load to run it!
I get most of what I put on the lists here done, which is wonderful, cos when I write lists on paper, I lose the paper and never get them done!!

That list is all done within the edit window! WOOOO. Can do much more whippersnipping and weeding but for now, rest time! With cocopops :)

Well I didn't get much done yesterday, so still lots to do this week.
Last bit of washing in the machine now. Don't have enough for another load.
Although I want to change the blanket aka cover on the sofa this morning, so that will be enough to make up another load of laundry tomorrow.
Also need to write meal plan for the week, need to start eating better.

I have to go shopping again soon. Either today or tomorrow. I try to only go out once a week, but I actually do not need any more food for me! Its the bloody bunnies that require fresh hydroponic lettuce... Haha. I eat the lettuce from the garden, but lately I can taste the stuff they use in the mozzie fogger on it, so I dont blame the bunnies for their sensitive tummies. Giving them garden food just isnt worth risking their beautiful little lives over. I do need to go to the stockfeed and hardware store and could stop in at the craft and pet store too so that the trip isnt wasted. I cannnot wait until the coast gets an Aldi, although once we do I will probably avoid it so not having to see anyone I know... Lol.

So I should make a list.
The kitchen has stayed remarkably clean since I got a loaf of bread and cocopops last shop. Ive legit put on 10kilos, and had heartburn all week, but far less cleaning to do! Lol

And I need to clean my car out, but thats a total joke really.
